A Yoga Bash class can be part of any school's enrichment programs, or as a part of the classroom or Physical Education curriculum.


Mommy & Me (0-2 year old)

Enhance the bond between you and your child while enjoying the many other benefits of yoga. In a calming and nurturing environment, we will benefit from yoga poses especially designed for tots that include standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. Additionally, we work on breathing and relaxation techniques. Our method includes storytelling, yoga games, crafts and plenty of fun to encourage your child's creative spirit, and support a healthy family lifestyle. Stay in shape while spending time with your child.

Pre-School Enrichment (4-6 year old)

Your children will enjoy building their strength, flexibility and confidence through yoga poses and breathing techniques specifically designed for children. We use animal noises, sounds and expressions, as we move through the pases. We incorporate books, seasonal events, crafts and games to bring out your mini yoga. Weekly themes include Affirmation, Nature and Mind Balance.

After School Enrichment (7-12 year old)

Yoga is a fantastic way to release energy that has built up from sitting in a classroom all day. We use animated poses and stretching to promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. We incorporate age appropriate books, seasonal events, crafts and games to bring out your child's inner yogi. Weekly themes include Empowerment, Body Awareness and Our Environment.

After School/ Teen Enrichment (12-17 year old)

In the hurried, non-stop, competitive life of a teen, many young adults forget to even breathe. In this class, Teens will discover a release of tension and stress while also building strength, flexibility and confidence. Yoga elements such as breathing techniques and poses focus on increasing positive attention inward. We practice building self-esteem through movement, music and working together in a non-competitive, safe environment. Weekly themes include Empowerment, Body-Awareness and Our World. Mother/Daughter (6-16 year old)

Strengthen your blood while strengthening your mind and body. In a non-judgmental, calm, relaxed environment you and your daughter can work together building a yoga practice that fits each of your skills and physical abilities. While developing at your individual pace we will incorporate pases while moving through a Vinyasa flow practice.
