Yoga Bash is Chicagoland's premier source of Yoga parties. Specializing in children's events ages 4 years and older, Yoga Bash parties are designed to ignite your guest's imagination, inspire movement, and most of all have fun.
Our parties include one-hour of yoga instruction, postcard invitations, and a Yoga Bash tank top for the birthday child. We offer exceptional quality yoga mats as the perfect give-away. Your guests will have fun and look great while doing it!
To celebrate each child's unique qualities, we are glad to create a party theme to incorporate your child's favorite movie, sport, or music group all while practicing the important elements of yoga. We focus on concentration, flexibility, and self confidence through the use of breathing techniques, poses and movement. Your guests are guaranteed to "bark", "moo" and "meow" as they leave your party energized and feeling great.
Yoga Bash parties include invitations, one hour of yoga instruction, and the yoga mat as a giveaway for 25 children. The parties are tailor made to fit the ages and specific needs of your children. Our certified yoga instructors typically begin each party with breathing techniques that energize or relax the body and we use various different techniques based on the children's needs.
When your party guests first arrive, they will decorate a large sticker to adhere to the yoga mat so that each parent will know which yoga mat goes with which guest. We then transition into various yoga poses for kids and explain their benefit and/or the meaning behind the pose. Typically, we incorporate fun salutations, standing poses and singing happy birthday. The birthday child blows out the feet of the guests as they sing. We offer other giveaways, specialty desserts and additional guests for an added charge.
Yoga Bash will come to any location you choose.
